Very bad experience

Location

We checked out today morning at 10:30 am and had a very bad experience, the toilet flush is not forceful at all and after one flush it doesn't flush the next time, please fix the toilet instead of telling the guest to fill a bucket and pour water into the flush, this is horrible, also the sink of the toilet tap is not large enough to fit the bucket to fill it. The kitchen did not have basic utensils like knife and scissors. The place accommodates 3 people and I booked it for 3 people and you have only 2 towels, despite of asking for the 3rd towel there was no response or communication from your side. Overall it was a very bad experience.

Very disappointing experience. I suggest avoiding at all cost.

Location excellent. Very close to metro, tram and RER stations.

Apartment dirty in general. Mould in bathroom, dirty marks on wall, very strong funky odour. Appliances not working TV and told not to use clothes washer as it would flood the apartment. Left waiting in street with luggage for over 45 mins although confirmed arrival time and after phone call was advised that it would be 15 mins.

sejur groaznic

apartament amplasat langa metrou, statii autobuz, restaurante,

Gute Lage, freundliches Personal.
