The location was excellent, especially for visiting Nice, Èze and Monaco. It was conveniently located between these destinations, with bus stops and the train station within easy reach. There was a bakery nearby, as well as several restaurants, and a lovely park closer to the seafront. It was an ideal location for our family.
Although the exterior of the apartment building looked a little dated, the apartment itself was beautifully decorated, modern, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, with plenty of cooking utensils and a large fridge, making it ideal for longer stays.
The bedding was fresh, clean and smelled lovely. The pillows and blankets were also very comfortable. The apartment was situated away from the main road, so it was quiet at night and we slept very well.
The heating and air conditioning made it easy to stay comfortable when the evenings became chilly. There was also a washing machine, which could be useful for longer stays. We appreciated having extra toilet paper available, too.
The concierge was very kind, responsive and always quick to answer our messages. We felt well looked after throughout our stay.
As this is a self-catering apartment, guests need to dispose of their rubbish themselves at the designated collection points. Glass bottles must be taken to a specific recycling point, so it is worth checking where to dispose of them in advance.

A modern unit in an older building. Perfectly equiipped. Clean, comfortable. Well located.
Getting the keys to get to the garage was a bit complicated, but it worked out well.
