The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist us. We also really appreciated the quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The balcony was another great advantage and a very nice addition to the room. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and really enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel.
There were a few things that could be improved. The sofa was quite hard and not very comfortable for sleeping. The door handle on the entrance door was also loose and kept coming off, which should probably be fixed.
The kitchen equipment was somewhat limited. There was no frying pan or pots for boiling water. We contacted the staff and they kindly provided them for us, which we really appreciated. However, I believe these basic kitchen items should already be available in the room without guests having to request them.
