Overall, it was an underwhelming experience towards the price for this time of the year and the way
Location was good. Other areas of the apartment were OK.
Property was missing toilet paper and soaps, which they provided only after we asked for it. The place was not clean, with cigarette buds in the balcony and toilet had some brown marks. The property was advertised as a premium one but was lacking proper care. We had to wait for 30-40mins in front of the apartment for the person to come bring us the keys and show us the apartment. Overall, it was an underwhelming experience towards the price for this time of the year and the way the property was advertised.
There was no chairs and tables in the balcony. This is important since the property was advertised as sea view and it was the reason we booked the apartment. The owner told us that no one so far complained about this, however this was not technically addressing our concern. The sea view wasn't something we could use or enjoy, since no tables/chairs in balcony and the sea was not visible by just standing at the balcony, but rather you had to lean over the edge of the balcony to see it. So the title of the property is misleading. Besides not having chairs/tables, the balcony had some wood parts, toilet parts that were left there as trash.
Normally this would be an okay but for out of season and the luxury price in Shengjin - this was not a luxury experience.
