This location is a metro ride away from the major tourist attractions, and I loved staying in a more quiet, residential neighborhood. Olimstay is just a very quick walk from the Metro and several bus lines, which got me everywhere I wanted to go.
The staff are so kind and accommodating, utilizing the Booking.Com app to send recommendations and answer questions. It is a walk-up, so if you have limited mobility or orthopedic problems, this place is not for you. My suitcase was carried up and down the stairs for me. (In general, know that Seoul has lots of stairs.)
I really enjoyed the very clean room. The bed was comfortable (for me), with AC and windows that could be opened for fresh air. There was a small refrigerator in the room, as well as a bidet and open shower (handheld and rain shower option). Because this location is more residential, the neighborhood is very quiet. Each window has double glass, which makes it even quieter.
The communal spaces were really helpful as well. On each floor is a larger refrigerator, a filtered water station with three temperature options, Korean teas and instant coffees, and some supplies to take as needed (soap, toothbrush/paste, wipes, toilet paper, extra towels.)
The daily breakfast was so great! When I stayed there, these were the daily options:
1. Korean soup
2. Korean stir fry
3. white rice
4. freshly-cooked eggs
5. ramen
6. fresh fruit (apples and grapes)
7. iceberg lettuce salad
8. cereal and milk
9. bread
Behind the hotel, there is the local market as well as numerous small restaurants. On the main street, there are larger chains (KFC, McDonalds.)
I will come back to Olimstay if I visit Seoul again!

Nada, pero si es muy útil saber que la limpieza de la habitación es a partir de 3 noches de estancia y que tienes que solicitarla tú en recepción.

Location, proximity to the subway; staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Laundry room was a plus.
Room was very small. Cleaning of the room was inconsistent….room only cleaned once during our four night stay.
