The upper level is your private retreat. The king suite opens to a covered ocean-view terrace with lounge seating, a TV, steam room, and outdoor shower. Strong Wi-Fi and a dedicated desk make remote work comfortable.
On the main level, you’ll find a full kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry, and a covered ocean-view balcony. The kitchen includes a coffee station, filtered water throughout the apartment, a separate reverse-osmosis drinking-water faucet, and a Berkey filter.
Guests also have access to the shared pool, elevator, two included parking spaces, generator, air conditioning in every bedroom, Pack ’n Play, high chair, beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler.
Balneario Rincón and the road are active parts of local life, so you may hear waves, coquí frogs, music, or community activity. The upper level is reached by an interior spiral staircase or the shared elevator using a special key.
