Peaceful Country Home Just Minutes from Saratoga Springs
Discover the beauty and quiet of Greenfield Center, New York, in this comfortable, recently remodeled 3-bedroom home just 15 minutes from vibrant downtown Saratoga Springs. With room for up to four guests, it’s a wonderful home base for enjoying Saratoga, the Adirondacks, nearby skiing, and the surrounding countryside.
Comfortable Sleeping & Bathing
The home features one queen-size bed in the upstairs primary bedroom and two full-size beds in the additional bedrooms. Each bedroom has excellent closet and storage space.
There are two full bathrooms. The upstairs bathroom has a tub shower combination with convenient grab bars, while the downstairs bathroom features a brand-new walk-in shower with built-in shelves. Hair dryers are provided in both bathrooms.
Relax, Play & Enjoy
The spacious living area is filled with natural light from numerous windows and offers plenty of comfortable seating, including a sofa with two built-in recliners and two swivel rocking recliners with heat and massage settings.
For those who enjoy music, there’s a well-tuned upright piano. A game buffet provides entertainment for family and friends.
You’ll also find central HVAC, two large-screen TVs, and high-speed Wi-Fi. A stackable washer and dryer and an iron will keep you looking sharp.
