This fully renovated holiday apartment (2025) is located right on the themed hiking trail “Feuerroute” and is the perfect starting point for relaxing walks and hikes through the Drachenfelser Ländchen. Underfloor heating throughout ensures a pleasant atmosphere in every season.
Spread over two floors, the apartment offers 48 m² of space for up to 2 guests. On the ground floor you will find the entrance area, a spacious open-plan kitchen, and a modern bathroom.
The fully equipped kitchen features a fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine with capsules, as well as cutlery and dishes. Gather around the large dining table to eat together, cook, or unwind after a day out.
The bathroom offers a comfortable shower with heated bench. Washing machine and dryer are available for you free of charge.
Upstairs, there is a hallway and a separate bedroom with a double bed (180 × 200 cm), a spacious wardrobe, and a smart TV. A reading corner with an armchair invites you to relax. High-speed Wi-Fi and a fan are also provided. A baby cot and high chair are available on request.
Thanks to its quiet location and proximity to the “Feuerroute”, the apartment is ideal for nature lovers. It is also a comfortable base for trips to Bonn, the Ahr Valley, and the Siebengebirge. Arrival is easy via self check-in. Street parking is available, and an EV charging station is shared.
