Independent rural house in Sotillo de las Palomas, at the foot of the Sierra de San Vicente, in the Tiétar Valley and very close to the Sierra de Gredos, just 1 hour 15 minutes from Madrid. An ideal rural retreat to disconnect and enjoy nature.
The house offers 90 m² distributed over a living room with kitchen and a full bathroom on the ground floor, plus 3 bedrooms (two with en-suite toilets) upstairs, accommodating 6–8 guests. The entire house is climate-controlled with aerothermal heating, and there is Wi-Fi and a TV.
Outside, you’ll enjoy a private 1,500 m² plot with a garden, a 10x6 meter private pool, solar shower, and outdoor bathroom. There’s also a large covered patio with barbecue and wood-fired oven, perfect for outdoor meals and evenings. An electric vehicle charger is available for an extra fee, and free parking is provided next to the house.
The area offers a paddle tennis court 5 minutes’ walk away, futsal and basketball courts 10 minutes away, and many hiking and cycling routes through the Sierra de Gredos. Talavera de la Reina is well connected by public transport on weekdays, and the theme park is just an hour’s drive away.
