The apartment has two double bedrooms with air conditioning and a twin bedroom with a fan located on the second floor, a bright living room, a kitchen and a dining room on the first floor, perfect for enjoying your stay in complete independence. The air conditioning, present only in the living room and double bedrooms but sufficient to cool all the rooms, helps make your stay pleasant during the warmer months.



Outside, guests can relax and dine in the equipped area with table and chairs, overlooking the garden for exclusive use: the ideal space for having breakfast outdoors, dining or enjoying a peaceful evening immersed in nature.

Immersed in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, the Tenuta Gaetano Spadaro is an authentic organic agritourism with a swimming pool, located in Gragnano in the Municipality of Capannori, in a strategic position just 20 minutes by car from Lucca and 45 minutes from Versilia.

Surrounded by gentle hills and a lush olive grove, the estate is the ideal place for those who wish to experience a holiday characterised by relaxation, nature and authenticity, without giving up the opportunity to visit the most beautiful art cities in Tuscany.



Owned by the same family since 1959, currently managed by Gaetano Spadaro, a former Rally driver, the Estate is rooted in Tuscan agricultural tradition. Born as a company dedicated to wine and oil production, in recent years it has chosen to enhance its olive-growing vocation, specialising in the production of high-quality organic extra virgin olive oil and develops over an area of 30 hectares.



Today the company hosts 3000 olive trees of the prestigious varieties Frantoio, Pendolino, Leccino, Maurino and Moraiolo, cultivated according to the regulations of organic farming and PDO. The conversion to organic represents a conscious choice and a concrete commitment towards the protection of the environment, biodiversity and territorial traditions, offering guests the opportunity to stay in a place where nature and sustainability are the main characters.
