About this house rental

2 bedroom 2 full bath cottage in historic, and fun Clayton N. Georgia. Just off Hwy 76. Fully updated. Classy, Chic, Relaxing. 2 Queen Beds, 2 recline couches (great spot for kids to sleep) and a Queen Air Mattress on site. EVERYTHING you need in the kitchen. Full Size Washer/Dryer. 5 min to Downtown Clayton (brewery, shopping, antiquing, restaurants & more). TV in living room and Master. Free WIFI.

The space
Completely updated, new floors, new appliances, new furniture. Super comfy queen beds. 2 full baths. Rooms separated by full bath. Master Bedroom has Master bath suite and huge closet behind sliding barn door. AC throughout home, floor fans and heaters too. Very relaxing updated chic atmosphere. Fully stocked kitchen for utensils and cooking supplies.

Guest access
Parking right out front of cottage on paved roundabout, or out back in covered carport. Hwy 76 is right out front and will take you to wherever you want to go.

Other things to note
Please Please Please DO NOT SMOKE. At fire pit, okay, but in house is strictly prohibited and on patios - smoking in home and any smoke wafting in is cause for additional charges.

So please, if you smoke/vape, please do so away from home.
