Milton Three Ponds is three connected ponds, calm and boatable, made for swimming, fishing, tubing, and long paddles into coves most people never find. Wolfeboro and Lake Winnipesaukee are about 25 minutes. Rochester and Dover have restaurants, groceries, and tax free shopping. McKenzie's Farm for apple picking and cider donuts is close by. White Mountains and Portland about an hour, Portsmouth and the Maine beaches under an hour, Boston 90 minutes.
The entire house is yours, inside and out. Three bedrooms, two full baths, full kitchen, laundry, and the whole waterfront: private beach, dock, kayaks, paddleboards, and the outdoor shower. Off street parking for 4 cars. We are local and easy to reach by message if you need anything, but the house and shoreline belong to you for your stay. Self check in with a keypad.

This is a quiet lake neighborhood, so we ask for quiet hours after 10pm and no parties or events. The house is on a septic system, please flush toilet paper only. Swimming, the dock, and all watercraft are used at your own risk, and children should be supervised near the water at all times. Life jackets are provided and we ask that kids wear them. No smoking anywhere inside of the property. Check in is after 4pm, check out is 10am.
