A wood-burning fireplace creates an intimate focal point on cooler evenings, adding cosy comfort to the space. Upstairs, a second living area offers another inviting retreat for a favourite series, a good book or quiet time away from the main living zone.



The chef's kitchen invites effortless self-catering, with a full suite of premium appliances including an oven, gas cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, microwave and coffee machine. A separate butler's pantry offers extra space to prep, while the sweeping island doubles as a gathering point for lingering over drinks and easy conversation. When it's time to sit down together, the eight-seater dining table sets the stage for long, memorable meals.



Make the most of outdoor living, with fresh air and dappled sunlight creating an inviting setting for gathering across multiple spaces. The Neighborhood:

Set between Dunsborough town and the coast, this is an easy base for enjoying the best of the South West. The beach and boat ramp are around a two-minute drive away for morning swims, days on the water or time along Geographe Bay.



Dunsborough town centre is just four minutes by car, putting boutique shops, cafés and restaurants within easy reach. Explore local favourites such as Merchant & Maker and La Lah for coffee and brunch, or Blue Manna Bistro and Occy’s for a meal out. On the main street, Christian Fletcher Gallery is also worth a browse for its striking landscape photography.



Drive around six minutes to Meelup Regional Park for beautiful beaches, secluded coves and coastal walking trails, with Meelup Beach, Castle Bay and Curtis Bay all nearby.
