About this house rental

Welcome to your sunny South Tampa escape! This charming raised pool home has everything for a relaxing getaway. Beat the heat in your private, screened-in pool.

The main living space is on the top floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counters, and full-size laundry.

Downstairs is a large air-conditioned bonus room with a 75" TV, couch and lounge chairs, a dedicated desk workspace, and a third full bathroom that doubles as the pool bath.

You’re surrounded by great restaurants and just minutes from MacDill, downtown Tampa, St. Pete, Benchmark, and Raymond James. Waterfront margaritas at Salt Shack or Hula Bay, pizza at Westshore or Blackjack, or order our favorite delivery -Green Lemon.

A good fit for TDY, PCS families in transition, or anyone who needs a fully set-up place month to month.
