Stunning apartment located in the very exclusive Marbella residence Juan Dolio. Beach a few steps away, 2 pools, terrace are the amazing amenities of the apartment. Incredible view on the sea and the beach with its turquoise water from the 2nd floor. Outstanding apartment very well equipped with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and terrace with outside furnitures and dining, for 6 people, ideal for a family or 2 couples some memories at this unique and family-friendly place.
Residencial Marbella is located in the heart of Juan Dolio, on the beach, several restaurants at walking distance at about 250 meters; Sal Marina, El refugio, el Mesón, Paladart Parillla (750 meters) , and a little bit further el Concón (1500 meters, 4 mn driving), a well known Dominican restaurant.
For your daily groceries, the Minimarket Juan Dolio at 50 meters.
Access to the private beach and pools with lounge chairs and umbrellas are directly from the building, the beach is guarded, the residence is gated and guarded 24/7, its really safe.
Electricity included for short stays!
For stays of 8 nights or less, your nightly rate includes electricity consumption up to 25 kWh/day.
For stays of 9 nights or more, guests pay for their actual electricity consumption at US$0.39/kWh. An initial electricity deposit of USD 250 per month, prorated according to the length of stay, is required before check-in.
