The Space:

Step inside and the whole place seems to exhale. Vaulted ceilings and warm wood floors give the cottage an airy, easy feeling, and six big windows in the dining area pour sunlight across the room while framing the green world outside. There's real character here too, from the cypress mantle to the classic plantation shutters, the kind of touches that make a house feel like it has a history worth sharing.



The kitchen is where everyone naturally gathers. Pull up a stool at the breakfast bar with your morning coffee, spread out a beach picnic on the granite counters, or cook a big group dinner with everything you need close at hand. It opens right into the living space, so no one's ever left out of the conversation.



When it's time to rest, the layout keeps things easy. The master retreat sits just off the living area, its own quiet corner with a king bed and a private en-suite bath, so grown-ups get their peace. Down the way, the first guest bedroom also features a king bed! While the final room of the home features two bunk beds accommodating up to 4 younger guests!



The real magic, though, is outside the doors. The screened-in porch is made for lazy mornings and unwinding evenings, and the open patio tucked among the lush landscaping is where long dinners and easy conversations happen. It's the epitome of Florida living, and it's all yours for the week.



Guest Access:

The entire cottage is yours, along with all its quiet, private corners, from the screened porch to the patio to the shaded, garden-like yard. Pulling up is a breeze with plenty of on-site parking and that welcoming curb appeal that tells you the vacation has officially begun. Check-in is simple and secure, with all your access details sent before you arrive, so you can head straight from the car to the porch swing. The beach is just a short walk away, and 4 bikes are waiting whenever you're ready to explore.



The Neighborhood:

Seagrove Gardens sits in one of 30A's best-kept secrets, a serene grove of magnolia, pine, and cassine trees where the pace slows down the moment you turn onto the street. You're tucked away from the crowds, yet everything you came for is within reach. A short stroll takes you to the sugar-white sand and emerald-green water of the Gulf. A quick ride or drive delivers you to Seaside and the neighboring beach towns, where you'll find the kind of dining, shopping, and people-watching that make 30A famous. It's the sweet spot so many search for: peaceful and private, but never far from the fun.



Getting Around:

This is a place best explored at two speeds: slow and slower. Cruise down Scenic 30A, where a whole string of beach towns, cafes, boutiques, and galleries unfolds mile after mile. The beach itself is just a short walk from the front step, close enough to run back for a forgotten towel. When you'd rather drive, Seaside and the neighboring communities are minutes away, and there's plenty of on-site parking for easy days out along the Emerald Coast.



Other Things to Note:

A few little things to help your stay go smoothly: This is a quiet, garden-like neighborhood, so we ask that you help us keep it that way and treat the home like it's your own. No smoking indoors, and no parties or events, please. The screened porch and lush backyard are yours to enjoy, and there's a handy spot to stash beach gear so sandy towels stay outside. Guests must be 25 or older to be the primary renter. There are currently 4 bikes and NO golfcart included with the booking at this time but can be rented! Beyond that, settle in, slow down, and make yourself at home.
