The Space:

The apartment unfolds across two bedrooms and one bathroom, comfortably sleeping up to six guests. The primary bedroom is dressed with a king bed, while the second is fitted with a full-size bunk bed, well suited to families or groups traveling together. The kitchen comes fully equipped — refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender and cookware — ready for everything from a quick breakfast to a proper home-cooked meal. Step outside to the private jacuzzi, a quiet spot to unwind after a day exploring Tulum, or head down to the building's shared pool. A patio rounds out the outdoor living space, and the building's elevator and on-site parking make coming and going effortless.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the entire apartment, as well as the property's shared amenities and common areas.

Check-in is contactless via a smart lock code, and the community gate is accessed with a QR code. The building has an elevator, and free parking is available on the premises.



The Neighborhood:

La Veleta is one of Tulum's most residential pockets — a low-key grid of tree-lined streets that has become a favorite among those who want easy access to the town's café culture, boutique shops and wellness studios without the buzz of the main strip. It suits couples, small groups and families who like the idea of walking or biking to daily errands, with the beach and Tulum's more polished restaurant scene a short ride away.



Getting Around:

Tulum's international airport is roughly a 25-30 minute drive from the apartment, while Cancún International Airport is a further option, about two hours north. Getting around La Veleta itself is easy on foot or by bike, and a bike or car is the most convenient way to reach the beach, about a 10-15 minute ride away. Taxis and rideshare-style transport are widely available for anything further afield.

Arrival & Departure

- Check-in begins at 3:00 PM local time.

- Checkout is at 12:00 PM local time.

- To ensure a smooth arrival for incoming guests, please honor the checkout time.

- Unauthorized late checkouts will incur an additional fee.

- The reservation must be booked by a legal adult; children are welcome to stay as part of the group.

Keep in Mind (House Rules)

Online Check-In and Verification

- Once you complete your online check-in, you'll receive the instructions to access the property.

- A simple rental agreement ensures clarity and ease; by completing your reservation you agree to our rental terms and conditions.

- To meet legal and building security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact info, complete our verification portal and, in some cases, a background check. This information is collected only for screening/verification purposes and is not stored or used otherwise.
