Welcome to Mountain Escape — Mountain View & Private Sauna , an elegant and spacious apartment completely renovated, located in the quiet town of Cassina Valsassina. Surrounded by mountains and equipped with a private sauna, it is the ideal place for families, couples and small groups who want to experience the mountains in every season, alternating days in the open air with moments of pure relaxation.
The apartment welcomes guests in a large and bright living area with open kitchen, dining table and a comfortable double sofa bed, which can accommodate up to six people. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom and a second bedroom with a bunk bed, perfect for children or friends.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything you need to cook completely independently, both for a short stay and for a longer vacation.
The bathroom, modern and very spacious, is one of the strengths of the house. In addition to a bath, shower, sink, toilet and bidet, it houses a private sauna for the exclusive use of guests , a very rare feature in the area. After a day on the ski slopes, an excursion along the Valsassina trails or simply to treat yourself to a few hours of well-being, the sauna will make your stay even more special.
Another element that makes the apartment unique is the large panoramic terrace with beautiful mountain views. Here you can have breakfast in the open air, have lunch or dinner immersed in tranquility or relax with a good book, enjoying the view and the fresh mountain air.
The apartment is located in a quiet area of Cassina Valsassina, near the Cesarino restaurant, in a strategic position to easily reach the ski facilities, hiking trails and all the main attractions of the valley. The bus stop and the winter shuttle to the ski resorts are just a few minutes' walk away.
The apartment does not have a private reserved parking space. There are some condominium parking spaces that can be used subject to availability, without the possibility of booking, while several free public parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity.
Valsassina is one of the most authentic and fascinating valleys in Lombardy, loved both in summer and in winter. During the winter season, it offers quick access to the Piani di Bobbio and Piani di Artavaggio ski areas, ideal for skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing and walking in the snow. In the warmer months, however, the valley invites you to explore panoramic trails, shelters, mountain bike trails and characteristic mountain villages, immersed in a still authentic nature.
In about 30 minutes by car you can also reach the magnificent Lake Como, with its most famous towns such as Varenna, Bellagio, Menaggio and Lecco. You can thus alternate days in the mountains with romantic walks on the lake, visits to historic villas and boat trips, experiencing the best of two unique destinations in a single vacation.

Check-in: To receive the detailed instructions on how to reach the accommodation, it is necessary to complete the fast check-in procedure (guest registration, possible payment of the tourist tax, and contract signing).
The official check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Access to the accommodation outside this time frame is not permitted unless previously agreed in writing and subject to the payment of an early check-in or late check-in supplement. In this case, you will need to request the service via text message before your arrival; if available, it will be added to your bill, and a payment link will be sent to you.
