The Space:

Casa Tres Palmas thoughtfully connects its indoor and outdoor living areas, creating a grounded, residential ambiance where slow mornings and casual evening gatherings take center stage. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across 4 spacious bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.

- Living & Dining Areas: A welcoming main living room anchored by a 65” Smart TV, air-conditioned social spaces, an indoor dining table for 10, and a guest half-bathroom.

- Gourmet Kitchen: Fully equipped with an espresso machine, blender, microwave, and a generous waterfall marble island with seating for 6.

- The Bedroom Suites: Four well-defined bedrooms including two distinct master suites. Master Bedroom 1 features a plush King bed, a soaking tub, and partial elevated views. Master Bedroom 2 offers a King bed and opens directly onto its own private palapa-covered terrace. Bedroom 3 features 1 Queen bed, while Bedroom 4 is equipped with 2 Queen beds, making the home ideal for families or groups traveling together.

- Pedregal Club Access: Guests enjoy exclusive access to the Pedregal Club, which features a private beach cove, oceanfront dining, a fitness center, as well as tennis and pickleball courts.

Supermarkets, boutique shopping, fine dining restaurants, the marina, and the vibrant local nightlife of downtown Cabo San Lucas are all just a quick 15-minute drive away.

- House Rules: To preserve the peaceful environment of the community, all groups must have at least one member who is 30 years of age or older as the primary signing renter.

- Casa Tres Palmas enforces a strict no-smoking policy across all indoor and outdoor areas, subject to a mandatory $500 USD penalty for violations.

- Pets are not permitted on the premises.

- Taxes & Fees: All listed luxury rental rates are subject to an additional $15 USD fee per night and a 20% tax.
