· Check-in window frame is from 3:00pm - 5:00pm. Check outs at 11am.
· Early check-in (before 3:00 PM) and late check-in (after 5:00 PM) are available upon request, subject to availability, and incur an additional fee of USD $20.
· Late check-out (after 12:00 PM) is available upon request, subject to availability, and incurs an additional fee of USD $20.
LONG TERM RENTALS:
LONG TERM RENTALS have a jaw-droppingly discount applied but this price EXCLUDES electricity, laundry and housekeeping. The electric meter would be read at check-in and then at check-out and would be paid in cash based on consumption. There is a washing machine and dryer in the building/condo at no additional cost. Guests must provide their own detergent.
