Ideal for holidays with family or friends, the villa is steps away from the sea and within walking distance of shops and a restaurant. The town of Okrug Gornji is just 3 km away while the charming medieval town of Trogir lies only 5.5 km from the villa.
Villa Basia (150 sqm) develops over three levels (connected by internal stairs).
The entrance to the villa is on a mezzanine level where you will find the lobby and a guest toilet.
Downstairs, the ground floor consists of a spacious open-plan living room and one double bedroom featuring a king size bed and ensuite bathroom (with walk-in shower). The living room includes a sitting area (with sofas, chairs, and a coffee table) and a well-equipped kitchen/dining area (with a table seating up to 8 guests). Large glass doors in the living room provide access to the outdoor terrace and pool area.
Ascending to the first floor, you will find three more double bedrooms, each with king size beds and ensuite bathrooms featuring convenient walk-in showers.
