This exclusive residence is perfectly situated on the Atlantic seafront in Biscarrosse-Plage, just 150 metres from a vast, fine sandy beach. Nestled in a young and vibrant town renowned for its lively atmosphere and surfing culture, the property is conveniently located 400 metres from local shops and right next to the casino. Whether you’re looking for world-class surf spots or peaceful pine forest trails, this location offers an ideal balance between coastal excitement and natural beauty.
The interior of this residence is designed to comfortably accommodate up to six guests within a living area of approximately 41 to 50 m². The layout features a cozy living room for two, a separate bedroom and a sleeping cabin – which is sometimes closed off for extra privacy – offering a further two berths. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave/grill and a dishwasher to ensure a self-catering stay, and a bathroom adds convenience. For outdoor relaxation, each unit has a private balcony or a courtyard on the ground floor to enjoy the fresh sea breeze.
Guests have access to excellent on-site facilities, including a heated outdoor swimming pool open from mid-May to the end of September and a relaxing sauna. For those wishing to embrace the local lifestyle, there is a surf school conveniently located on the ground floor of the building. The residence also holds the ‘Accueil Vélo’ certification and offers dedicated services and a secure bicycle storage area for cycling enthusiasts exploring the Landes region.
