The bright, open-plan living area features designer furnishings, natural wood accents, premium finishes, and large glass doors overlooking the private pool and garden.

The fully equipped modern kitchen connects seamlessly with the dining and living areas, creating a comfortable space for relaxing, dining, entertaining, or enjoying an extended stay.

The home is primarily designed for up to four guests using the two main bedrooms. A fifth guest may be accommodated in the third room using the sofa bed for an additional guest fee.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have exclusive private use of the entire ELAIA residence as well as its private swimming pool, landscaped patio, and outdoor living areas.

The residence itself is arranged entirely on one level. There are a few steps from the property's main entry down to the ground-floor entrance.

PARKING

There is no private on-site parking. Street parking is available in the surrounding neighborhood subject to availability and local regulations.

Please do not block neighboring driveways, garage entrances, sidewalks, building entrances, or private parking spaces.

LINENS & TOWELS

Your stay includes one set of bed linens and two sets of towels per stay. Additional linen or towel sets may be arranged upon request for an additional charge.

BBQ

An outdoor BBQ may be available upon advance request for an additional charge. Please inquire before your stay if you would like this arranged.
