Explore nearby highlights, including the striking Pink Lake, the colourful Arkona Silo Art, charming art galleries and vintage shops, and the scenic Wimmera River leading to the picnic grounds of Little Desert National Park.



After a day of exploring, retreat to this 139-square-foot, pet-friendly tiny home, surrounded by beautiful natural scenery with nothing but trees to admire. Enjoy easy access to water, split-system air conditioning, a kitchenette with cooking essentials, and bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste tank, a hand basin, gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.

Guests have access to the tiny home and are free to explore the fully fenced and clearly signed property.

Stock up at the town's IGA, explore nearby parks with the provided nature guides, and, if you're visiting in season, experience Dimboola's vibrant Steampunk Festival.



Getting Around:

By car:



- Good Old Dimboola 1 is approximately 3.5–4 hours from Melbourne (300 km), 4 hours from Adelaide (400 km), and around 12 hours from Sydney (1,100 km).



By public transport:



- V/Line operates a daily bus service to Dimboola, while The Overland train stops on weekends. A local taxi service is also available to and from the property, which is located just on the outskirts of town.

- Child-friendly accommodation

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed

- No smoking allowed inside the tiny home, you may smoke outdoors

- Mobile reception is only good for Telstra, while others no coverage at all

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- Pets are allowed by 24 hrs prior notice, and must be on leash at all times. The full policy will be sent before arrival.

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present in the surrounding areas

- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
