The space brings living, sleeping and working together in one thoughtfully arranged environment, making it particularly well suited to longer stays. The living area includes a TV and ceiling fan, while a dedicated workspace provides a comfortable setting for remote work.



The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking, with an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave, as well as a Hario V60 pour-over coffee station, complete with scales for more considered coffee ritual. A washing machine adds extra convenience.



The apartment also includes a private bathroom, while air conditioning and heating provide year-round comfort throughout the space.



The private terrace is one of the penthouse’s defining features, with outdoor seating and a quiet space above the street — ideal for morning coffee, an afternoon read or simply unwinding at the end of the day.

Entry is via a shared front door, with lift access to the top floor. A secure key code will be provided upon arrival, allowing for a smooth check-in.

Morrison Court is located on a quiet residential street in Gzira, just a short walk from the seafront.



The area offers immediate access to cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and everyday essentials, while remaining removed from the busier main roads. Sliema, Ta’ Xbiex, and Valletta are all within easy reach, making it a practical base for both work and leisure.



The location balances convenience and calm — central, but not crowded.



Getting Around:

Bus routes connecting to Valletta, St. Julian’s, and the airport are a short walk away. The Sliema–Valletta ferry offers a more scenic rhythm across the harbour.



Ride-hailing services such as Uber and Bolt are readily available and operate reliably in the area.

Residential setting: Morrison Court is a residential building. We kindly ask guests to be considerate of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, particularly after 22:00.



Security: For guest safety and the comfort of the building, exterior security cameras and noise-decibel monitors are in place. There are no security cameras inside the apartment.



Before departure: Please ensure that lights, air-conditioning and appliances are switched off, and that windows and doors are securely closed before checking out.



Interaction with Guests:

Guests are typically welcomed in person by a member of our team, who will assist with check-in and access to the residence. For arrivals outside our usual hours, alternative arrangements can be made in advance. We remain available by phone or message throughout your stay.
