Located in La Clusaz, in the heart of the Aravis mountains, this chalet-style residence enjoys a privileged location near the slopes. Located on the Etale road, it consists of 15 apartments and makes it easy to reach the green trail of the Envers, leading to the Beauregard cable car. The Étale Telemix is also a few minutes away, while a ski bus stop is at the foot of the residence.
Famous for its authenticity and its preserved natural setting, La Clusaz offers access to the vast ski area of the Aravis, with many slopes adapted to all levels. Nordic ski enthusiasts will also enjoy the dedicated spaces, especially on the plateau de Beauregard and the site des Confins.
In the summer, the resort reveals many hiking trails, mountain biking routes and outdoor activities, in the heart of remarkable alpine landscapes.
An ideal setting to enjoy a stay in the mountains, between nature, sports and relaxation, in any season.
Accommodation: Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), this 2-room apartment of 25 m2 welcomes up to 4 people. Just 50 metres from the green trail of the Envers leading to the Beauregard cable car and 350 metres from the Étale telemix, it is a convenient starting point to enjoy the La Clusaz ski area. A ski bus also passes the residence.
The south-east facing balcony offers mountain views and offers a pleasant outdoor space. You have a closed garage and a private parking space to facilitate your stay. A ski locker is also at your disposal to easily store your equipment after a day on the slopes.
