Midnight Kiss Cabin is a fully furnished 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin. The main living area is thoughtfully designed with a kitchen, a dining table, smart TV, dedicated workspace, and board games.

The kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials, including a waffle maker, toaster, an air fryer, and a Keurig coffee maker for your morning brew.

The bathrooms offer a private retreat with the ultimate relaxation in our state-of-the-art sauna, where you can customize the ambiance with changing lights and soothing music to create your perfect oasis of tranquility, a soaking bathtub, a walk-in shower with adjustable colorful lighting, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and soap. We've even provided cozy bath robes for your comfort.

The spacious yard offers plenty of activities to enjoy. On the front deck, you'll find a jacuzzi, rocking chairs, and a charcoal grill. Along the side of the cabin, a lighted pathway leads to a private theater and a two-seater bench swing by a fire pit.

Please be sure to verify your identity through Airbnb as we require that for bookings.

Please note that the cabin is nestled in the woods, so you may encounter some friendly critters.

For safety reasons, the hot tub cannot be used if you've consumed alcohol or if you are pregnant. Please use the hot tub responsibly.

Sometimes we offer early check-in. It depends on our cleaners. We do not offer late checkout. Failure to vacate the property by 10 am on your scheduled departure day will result in a fee of $50.00 for the first half-hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half-hour.

Please understand that we cannot provide refunds for weather-related issues, natural disasters, power outages, or other events beyond our control.

If you leave food out on the counter overnight you may see Ants in the house the next morning. No refunds will be given for seeing small critters and bugs inside the house. We treat the house very regularly for pests and bugs. You are in the Smoky Mountains and you will see bugs and critters from time to time.

As much as we adore pets, we regret that we cannot allow them to accompany you during your stay. Kindly respect this policy, as a $500 fee will be charged if a pet is brought onto the property.

EV Charger is NOT FREE. There is a charge to use it. About 0.45/kw and a $1.00 fee. This is a level 2 charger and you need to bring a J1172 Adapter for Tesla's.

Security Cameras are outside, only point towards the driveway and theater, and are only used for emergency purposes. You have your privacy everywhere else outside (porch, hot tub). There are NO cameras inside of the cabin.
