The home is located in a relaxed, residential area of South Padre Island, just a short walk from the beach. You'll be close to local restaurants, coffee shops, shops, and island attractions, while still enjoying a quieter place to come home and unwind.



Whether you're spending the day at the beach, exploring the island, or enjoying a meal nearby, many of the area's popular spots are just minutes away.



Getting Around:

The beach and many of South Padre Island's restaurants, shops, and attractions are just a short drive or walk from the home.



A car is recommended if you plan to explore more of the island, although several popular spots are conveniently located nearby. Rideshare services and taxis are also available on the island.



Other Things to Note:

🏡 Respect the Neighborhood

The home is located in a residential neighborhood. We kindly ask guests to be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 PM – 8 AM.



🦟 Insects

Texas weather can naturally attract insects, especially in outdoor areas. While we do our best to maintain a comfortable environment, insects are a natural part of the local climate and are outside of our control. We recommend bringing insect repellent and, if desired, citronella candles for outdoor use.
