Please Note: In true Malibu coastal style, this oceanfront home does not have air conditioning. The property benefits from refreshing ocean breezes and natural coastal airflow, and opening the windows and doors allows the Pacific breeze to flow throughout the home. With Malibu’s typically mild seaside climate, air conditioning is generally not needed.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including direct beach access, the oceanfront terraces, rooftop entertainment level, private fitness room, and all indoor and outdoor living spaces. Parking is available on the property.
