## Comfortable and fully equipped

The apartment features a separate bedroom, a comfortable living area and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your own meals, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine and kettle.

The bathroom includes both a **bath and shower**, while a washing machine and dryer make the apartment particularly convenient for longer stays.

You will also have **fast Wi-Fi**, a TV with streaming options and an elevator in the building.

## Excellent for skiing

For winter holidays, the location is hard to beat. The **Matterhorn Express lift is approximately a two-minute walk away**, providing easy access to the extensive Zermatt ski area and Matterhorn Glacier Paradise.

After skiing, you can store your equipment in the building's **heated ski storage area**.

Please note that the apartment is not ski-in/ski-out and the walk back from the slopes includes an uphill section.

## Enjoy Zermatt

House Mojo is located on Schluhmattstrasse, in a quieter part of Zermatt while still being close to everything.

The village centre is approximately **10–15 minutes on foot**, and there is a **bus stop directly in front of the building**. Restaurants and bars can be found nearby, including a restaurant at House Mojo.

In summer, Zermatt becomes an incredible destination for hiking, mountain biking and other outdoor adventures. Secure storage for bicycles and e-bikes is available at House Mojo.

House Mojo is personally managed by **Team Mojo**, who know Zermatt well and are happy to help with local recommendations and practical information during your stay.

The building also has a photovoltaic solar system, contributing to a more sustainable stay.
