Enjoy a bespoke beach vacay experience at The Southern Riviera @ Inlet Beach, a boutique rental experience on Florida's gorgeous Emerald Coast.
Memories will be captured as your group enjoys the vibrant, new classic communities of Inlet Beach/Rosemary Beach/Alys Beach and 30A's stunning beaches from the serene backdrop of Inlet Beach's peaceful Preserve @ Inlet Beach neighborhood.
We welcome you to come and stay, it will be a special experience to enjoy and remember!
The Southern Riviera @ Inlet Beach is equipped with everything you should need for quality time at the beach. Our kitchen is fully equipped to craft everything from a cup of coffee with the Keurig coffee maker to a gourmet meal with provided cooking implements and gas range (gas grill is available to use in the backyard). The Southern Riviera also has endless fun in store for its guests, as board games are available for guest use in the downstairs TV console cabinet and the garage is stocked with a Pop-a-Shot basketball game, Connect 4, Corn Hole Boards & Bags, Spike Ball, Jenga Blocks, Ladder Ball and Hook and Ring games!
If you're interested in relaxing at home in the evening or catching a game, WiFi through WOW! Internet keeps the devices running. Feel free to log in to your preferred TV apps using your own accounts so you can continue shows, order movies or watch games. Samsung Live TV is also available, too!
Don't forget to check out the community pool just around the corner! Although the pool is not heated, it is generally warm enough to take a dip between Spring Break through October....sometimes even in November. Some designated pool towels will be provided at the house for guest use (blue/white striped).
The Southern Riviera @ Inlet Beach is in close proximity to Inlet Beach's Wall Street and Orange Street Beach Access points. At the Orange Street Access, you will find ample parking, bathrooms, outdoor showers, a manned lifeguard station (March 1 - Oct 31), and accessible ramped access to the beach.
The Southern Riviera offers two Pack 'n Plays, a high chair, and a booster seat for your group's use during the stay. In the second floor living area, the sofa folds out into a double bed that would accommodate 2 guests (along with the sleeping arrangements in the 4 bedrooms, this would provide for the 12 person occupancy).
Pets are not allowed at The Southern Riviera @ Inlet Beach.
