About this cabin rental
Hillbilly Express is a three-story log cabin built to sleep twelve across four bedrooms and four full bathrooms, with six beds split between queen rooms and dedicated bunk rooms for the kids.
On the first floor, the kitchen runs the show, black cabinetry, a granite island, stainless appliances, a dishwasher, electric range and oven, a mini fridge alongside the full-size fridge, and a coffee station ready for the first pot of the morning. The adjoining dining table seats the whole group, and the living room centers on a stone fireplace with deep leather seating and a wall of windows framing the forest outside.
The first floor also holds the game room: a pool table, a foosball table, a stand-up arcade cabinet, a shelf of board games, giant Connect Four, and a mini basketball hoop, with theater-style reclining seats set up right beside it so nobody has to choose between the game and the movie.
Upstairs, a master suite with a queen bed and its own bathroom, additional queen bedrooms under the log-beam ceilings, and bunk rooms built for kids and teens — one with triple-stacked wood bunks, another in plaid-bedding metal frames. A loft holds a second stone fireplace and a grand piano beneath a vaulted, exposed-beam ceiling. Four full bathrooms with corrugated-metal shower surrounds are spread across the floors, and a dedicated laundry room means you can pack light.
Outside, multi-level decks and a covered patio wrap the house, furnished with rocking chairs, wicker seating, and a table for outdoor dining, all looking into the Smoky Mountain tree line. The private hot tub available all year, any hour glows blue at night beside an oversized American flag, and a deck-side ping pong table and cornhole set give the group even more reasons to stay outside after dinner.
