Built in 1939 and fully renovated, Casa de Chíspa is a cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home within walking distance of the heart of Downtown Rogers, Arkansas. A historic home with modern updates, a private hot tub, huge outdoor space, bikes, and easy access to Downtown Rogers. Start your morning with Onyx Coffee, grab lunch at Iron Horse, enjoy afternoon cocktails, then head out for dinner and dessert—all just minutes from your doorstep.
The backyard is the star of the show, featuring a massive deck, outdoor couch and chairs, and a dreamy private hot tub with nighttime lighting for relaxing evening soaks. Start your morning with yoga on the deck, watch the birds with your coffee, or spend the evening outside with a drink in hand. We also provide 3 bikes, complete with helmets and bike locks, so you can explore Rogers on two wheels.
Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen has the essentials for cooking at home, plus everything you need to open a bottle of wine and settle in after a day of exploring. The living room features a large-screen TV, along with puzzles and board games for a relaxed night in. An open office space and laundry room are located just off the kitchen.
Sleeping arrangements:
• Primary bedroom: queen bed, TV, walk-in closet, private en-suite bathroom, and direct backyard access through French doors
• Bedroom 2: queen bed, full closet, and backyard views
• Bedroom 3: two twin beds, TV, and full-length mirror
A second full bathroom with a tub/shower combination is conveniently located off the hallway.
