Stay in the Le Jardin Suite-a modern apartment located on a renovated french farmhouse estate. The unit is located on the main house's ground floor and features a kitchen and dining area, a bedroom for two, and an ensuite bathroom. It has a private entrance with a library of books and Objet d'art. The bedroom has large French folding doors that lead directly to a private south-facing terrace. The terrace then leads directly to the garden and swimming pool. The Jardin Suite features a contemporary design while being cozy and quiet. The property is ideally located for exploring the best of the Quercy countryside and within easy reach of the charming villages of Lauzerte, Montaigu-de-Quercy and Montcuq. The surrounding area is known for its lively farmers’ markets, medieval villages, vineyards, local restaurants and beautiful rural landscapes. Throughout the week, you can discover different village markets, seasonal festivals and local events, as well as wonderful walking and cycling routes through the countryside. It’s a great base for enjoying the food, culture and relaxed pace of life that make this part of southwest France so special.
A second independent guest unit on the estate is also available to rent, making it particularly well suited to two families, couples or groups who would like to travel together while still having their own private accommodation.
The owners live on site and are happy to have as much interaction as you’d like—whether that’s a friendly chat over a glass of wine or simply giving you complete privacy to enjoy your stay
Each guest unit has its own private outdoor space, allowing guests to relax and enjoy a sense of privacy. The swimming pool and some of the larger garden and grounds are communal and may be shared with guests staying in the other unit. The combination of private spaces and shared amenities makes the property ideal for those who enjoy the atmosphere of a country estate while still having their own independent retreat.
