Please note that the detached ADU/Casita is not included with this rental and is not accessible to guests unless specifically arranged in advance.

The property includes a pond and natural outdoor areas. Portions of the pond area may be undergoing improvements or landscaping during certain times of the year. Guests are welcome to enjoy the surrounding grounds but should avoid any marked construction or maintenance areas.

For safety and privacy reasons, animal enclosures, maintenance/storage buildings, equipment areas, the ADU/Casita, and any locked owner spaces are restricted. Please do not enter fenced animal areas or restricted sections of the property.

We encourage guests to relax, explore, and enjoy the peaceful 27-acre ranch setting while respecting all posted signs and property boundaries

We respect our guests’ privacy and provide self-check-in for a smooth arrival experience. While we are not on-site, we are available by phone, text message, or through the Airbnb app if you need assistance during your stay.

A local property caretaker resides on a separate area of the 27-acre property and is available if an urgent on-site issue arises during your stay. The caretaker’s residence is located away from the guest areas to ensure your privacy while still providing assistance if needed.
