The Space:

The master bedroom is large with a king-size bed and love seat with a pull-out near-queen bed perfect for 2 kids. Attached is the master bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower.



On the main level the gourmet kitchen has plenty of cabinetry and granite counter space for cooking, two sinks and newer appliances. Microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker and toaster are available for use.



Located next to the kitchen is the half bath and washer and dryer, laundry pods are provided during your stay.



The living room has large windows for ample light and a large dining table to enjoy meals. Stream a movie on the flat screen tv.



On the lower level are two rooms, each room has a private bathroom. The room on the left has a queen-size bed and the room to the right has full- and twin-size bunk beds.



The 2-car garage is located downstairs, two cars can be parked tandem but it is a tight fit.



Palisades Haven comes equipped with cooking/baking utensils, pots and pans; coffee, sugar, tea. shampoo and conditioner/body wash laundry detergent, hand soap, dish soap and fresh linens and towels.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to parking in the 2-car tandem garage, you can enter the unit through the door inside the garage with the keypad, you can also access our place through the front common doors (just left of the garage) and then up one flight of stairs.



You can lock and unlock the inner door in the garage with your smartphone via the Yale app, or via the keypad using a personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay.



Other Things to Note:

Kirkwood is wild and remote - in the winter months, we can get a lot of snow. When road closures occur that overlap with our cleaning staff schedule, preparing our place for your stay may become delayed. In the event this occurs, we will do our best to send staff as soon as the roads become safe, which may occur during your stay. We hope to do this in a discreet manner and may coordinate with you to ensure this.

I am available in emergencies when you cannot reach my co-host Jamie Parsons. Please refer to Jamie with any questions or concerns during your stay. We prefer communication through Airbnb but will provide our contact information during the booking process.
