Very bad hosting service.
The property is value for money & Location is convenient.
Totally disappointed with their hosting service.
I booked on 7 Oct to travel for 1 day stay 18-19 Oct. On 7/10 itself I sent WhatsApp to them informing I have booking for 18-19 and they replied “yeah miss”.
On 17 Oct around 5.30 evening I asked to share location since I need to drive frm Melaka and I’m not familiar with the area. They asked for booking details I immediately sent them. But the host said will share the details the next day.I said ok. On 18 before I leave Melaka I sent WhatsApp again around 1.20pm to ask for location since no reply I called the number and a foreigner guy answered my call and he said only can give after 2pm, I told him the check in details can give later no issues but give location 1st but only send me after I make the 2nd call to urge him to send me waze or google map. Instead of location link he sent me msg asking for ic, arrival time and car plate number. When supposed he ask me?
He send the location link and check in details and still He said I can’t check in unless I give my IC copy, ridicules. I had to stopped at RNR and sent him IC copy and other details. After reach the residents I couldn’t find the BLOCK S it was heavily raining I call the number to check whether am I at the right location by giving him the landmark he gets irritated and ask me go find security and ask him. Once reach room I tried to tap card but the door unable to unlock and I didn’t see any key holes.I had to again call him to ask about this and then only he sending me password for the door. The toilet soap were not labelled.I didn’t know which is body wash/shampoo/conditioner as all looked the same liquid. At on 19th Oct at 2.30am I am receiving whatsapp on check out reminder time. Seriously?
