كانت تجربتي في هالشقة بالرياض ممتازة جدًا جيث وصلت آخر الليل وطريقة تسجيل الدخول الذاتي كانت جدا سهلة ومريحة مافيها أي انتظار فقط تحول المبلغ وتتحقق من الهوية ويرسلون لك كودات الدخول الالكتروني.
أكثر شيء عجبني هو موقعها وسهولة الوصول لها من المطار، تقريبًا خلال 15–20 دقيقة، وهذا خلّى الوصول والمغادرة مريحة جدًا، خصوصًا بعد رحلة طويلة أو إذا كان عندك جدول عمل مزدحم.
الشقة نفسها كانت نظيفة جدًا، مرتبة، ومجهزة بكل اللي تحتاجه. وبالنسبة لي كشخص يسافر للعمل، سرعة الواي فاي وجودته كانت من أهم الأشياء، وكانت ممتازة وساعدتني كثير إني أركز على شغلي وأخلص مهامي بدون أي مشاكل. كذلك وجود مكتب وتجهيز مناسب للعمل خلّى الشقة خيار عملي جدًا لإقامات العمل.
السرير والمفروشات كانوا مريحين بشكل كبير، وبعد يوم طويل من الاجتماعات كان النوم فيها مريح جدًا، فعلًا حسّيت إني في اقامة فندقية
كذلك المضيف كان متعاون جدًا وسريع في الرد، وساعدني بكل اللي احتجته خلال فترة الإقامة.
الموقع حوله مطاعم كثير مثل شاورما وكافيهات للقهوة
بشكل عام، الشقة تجمع بين الموقع المميز، النظافة، الراحة، وتجهيزات العمل بشكل ممتاز. أكيد راح أفكر أحجز فيها مرة ثانية إذا رجعت للرياض.

I recently stayed here again, and once more, the experience was exceptional. As a frequent business traveller, I really appreciate a place that consistently delivers on comfort, cleanliness, convenience, and service.
The apartment is especially well suited for business trips. The dedicated desk and high-speed Wi-Fi made working very convenient, while the spotlessly clean and comfortable bed linen ensured a great night’s sleep after a busy day.
I also appreciated the thoughtful bathroom essentials, including shampoo, body wash, a toothbrush, and disposable towels. These small details make a big difference and show that the host genuinely understands what guests need.
The location is excellent, with restaurants and cafés nearby and Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Metro Station easily accessible, making it convenient to explore Riyadh or get to business meetings.
The team was also fantastic very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. Communication was easy and professional.
Having stayed here more than once, I can confidently say that the consistency is what keeps me coming back. It feels comfortable, hassle-free, and genuinely welcoming.
Definitely my go-to place whenever I visit Riyadh. Highly recommended, especially for business travellers!
