Great if no one is staying in Lily Pad North (property above) due to noise.

Cleanliness - excellent. Coziness - excellent. Comfort - lounge, very comfortable. Back bed, very comfortable Peace and quiet - no one upstairs in Lily Pad North, excellent

front bed, uncomfortable Noise from Lily Pad North (property above)- terrible if someone is staying there; even within normal day time hours. Wooden floors cause voices to echo so you can hear every word at times, and the lyrics of every song played - not good if you don't share music tastes. Every time someone above sits at the dining table the scrape sound of the chair is loud. Every footstep clomps. If the noise level is bad out of daytime hours you may contact the homeowner and she will contact the occupants upstairs, however, I would have preferred not to have done this, as it risked creating bad feeling with those staying above. More could be done to soundproof the property.
