Horrendous entrance snelly dirty

The apartment was ok but mats in bathroom were wet no plug in sink so could see down sink and was horrible didn’t use shower outside our door was an old mattress and a glass coffee table top dumped

The approach to the apartment was terrible the hallway was absolutely disgusting with letters and rubbish at the entrance horrendous smell dirty carpets not value for money at all would not recommend to anyone feel like I have been ripped off spending £100 on this totally ripped off

Clean spacious flat

Close to where we were attending a family function. Very clean inside with comfortable bed. The host was very friendly. The flat is nice and spacious and tastefully decorated. Easy to get to the metro.

It was quite cold in the flat. We had tea, sugar and coffee but no milk. Would have liked more pillows. The area felt quite unsafe later in the evening, quite a few people hanging around the kebab shop opposite but it was actually fine. Had to ask for the key code, the host thought that booking.com provided this information so had to chase it up. I got the feeling this was a new rental, so these comments are intended as constructive criticism not to put people off. The top floor, up 3 flights of very steep stairs, not so good for my partner who is waiting for a hip operation. Maybe a bit more info in the description would be helpful.
