Disappointing service
The location is very good. Close to a metro and in an upmarket area. The apartment is a good size, parking was very good in the building and it had potential to be an excellent choice.
There was 3 of us. My wife and I and our 21 yr old son. They didn't provide bedding for my son on the sofa bed and although I complained on the first day they didn't bring any until 2 days later. Even then they didn't bring a pillow case. I would expect a hand towel and a bath towel each to cover our 4 night stay but my wife and I had a medium size towel each and my son only had a hand towel. So they were constantly wet for the whole stay. Only one bath mat was provided which was also constantly wet but was ok for us as a family but had we been 2 seperate couples it would be fairly awful sharing a bath mat. We requested a big towel for my son but they didn't bring one even though they came with the sheets eventually. They didn't provide hand soap in the bathroom, washing up liquid, a tea-towel, dishwasher tablets or in fact anything at all. We had to buy everything ourselves including toilet roll as they left us 2 half used rolls. There was also rubbish left in the freezer draw, some of the cutlery was dirty (presumably because the previous guest had no washing up liquid or tablets). The drawer in the bathroom wouldn't stay closed, the handle of the bedroom door kept falling off and only one light of 3 in the bathroom worked. I would also say it's quite lacking in drawers and shelves for clothes for more than 2 people.
The apartment itself wasn't actually quite ready for guests as it had bare wires in the ceiling for lights and picture frames without pictures. We had one small lamp in the lounge which wasn't sufficient as we were there for work purposes and only 2 bedside lamps in the bedroom plugged into the only sockets next to the bed so telephone charging and lights at the same time wasn't possible. These small items could have been sorted in a couple of hours before we arrived had they had any intention to do their best for the guests.
