- This property allows one small dog (under 20 lb)
- No smoking ever allowed at the property
- Guests are restricted from using community pool, and tennis facilities, per Schaffer's Mill policies. Truckee Rec center is available less than 5 minute drive (pool, gym, climbing wall).
- Cell phone reception may be inconsistent in this neighborhood.
- Quiet hours of 9PM - 7AM must be respected
- No house parties or large events
- Max vehicle parking: 3 driveway / 1 garage
- High elevation home - may need 4WD or chains with snow tires during winter
- Snow removal contractor will clear driveway daily with over 3" of snow
- Skis and winter equipment should be stored in garage
- Must be 25 years or older to rent property
- Outdoor security cameras in front and back of house.
