Four bedroom, two and a half bath cottage
Nestled on the hill above our Joplin Inn, our Clearbrook Cottage sits off Highway 270 and is located approximately 2.5 miles away from our Lodge. The 2,200 square foot home includes Four Bedrooms, Two and Half Bathrooms and is beautifully furnished in a sophisticated-cottage, eclectic contemporary furnishings.
Our spacious house features a large, fully-equipped kitchen, dining , and living area with an electric fireplace that spills outside to our open-air front porch at the entrance and screened back porch with an additional open-air side deck to see the stars and enjoy outdoor dining with our gas grill. Clearbrook Cottage has a designated Fire Pit Area to enjoy off the side of the house, and there is plenty of overflow parking for additional vehicles, boats, and trailers down the hill from the house.
All Bedrooms include a 50” Smart TV, and the Living Room includes a 70” Smart TV. There is a King Bed in the Master Bedroom and a King Bed in the Master Guest Room, and both Guest Rooms include Two Queen Beds for a total of 6 Beds in our Four Bedroom house. There is no sleep sofa in this unit, but all three loveseats in the living room recline.
Clearbrook Cottage is within walking distance to the Joplin Store and Joplin Inn and is only 2.5 miles from our Registration, Restaurant, Laundromat, Swimming Pool, Playground and Courtyard near our Marina.
Please note: Clearbrook Cottage is not ADA, but there is a ramp to the main entrance.
The rate per night is based on 12 people. Additional guests are $10 per night each if over the age of 12. This is a non-smoking, pet friendly unit. Pets are $17.50 each.
All our units have complimentary WIFI, coffee pot, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
