Best of all, with the golf cart and walking path to the beach beside the property, making trips back and forth to the sand especially easy.



This two-story home takes full advantage of its beachfront setting. Gulf views can be enjoyed throughout the house, and multiple upper and lower decks give everyone a favorite place to sit outside. Grab a chaise lounge and soak up some sun, enjoy coffee on the deck in the morning, or gather around the outdoor table with the Gulf as your backdrop.



The fun continues downstairs with a fenced yard, fire pit, outdoor bar with TV, and plenty of seating. Gabriel’s Landing is also pet-friendly, and the fenced yard is an especially nice feature when your four-legged family members are joining you at the beach. It’s an easy place to spend the afternoon after coming in from the beach or to gather in the evening.



The interior is just as inviting. Gabriel’s Landing is nicely furnished and well appointed, with comfortable gathering spaces and a living room with TV and Gulf views. The well-stocked kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners, with a few standout extras you don't find in every beach house—an under-counter ice maker, wine refrigerator, and Miele coffee maker.

This home works well with BEACH DON'T KILL MY VIBE (next door), KOKOMO JO's, BEACH'N INN and homes in the Copacabana and Sand Castle subdivisions.




Even when provided, Internet Access/Satellite TV/Cell service can be unreliable on The Bolivar Peninsula, as we are a rural community and weather sensitive area. We apologize, but Property Manager cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay and cannot offer refunds for disruption of these services.
