Sapphire Cottage - Brand New Beach Villa with Pool
Welcome to Cocoa Banks Sapphire Cottage, a brand new (August, 2026) two-bedroom villa with a private pool located on the prestigious Banks Road of Governors Harbour, the most sought-after location on Eleuthera. Sapphire Cottage is located a 3-minute walk down a sandy path to the pink sands of world-famous Poponi Beach.
Inside, Sapphire Cottage has ocean views throughout. The great room features a spacious sectional and a wall-mounted 75-inch flat-screen TV. Step out onto your deck to enjoy the ocean views and take a dip in your private plunge pool!
Sapphire Cottage features a modern island kitchen equipped with a French door refrigerator, glass-topped range and oven, and a microwave. Other appliances include a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and more. Everything you need to prepare gourmet meals is provided.
Sapphire Cottage has two master bedrooms, both with ocean views. Each bedroom has a queen bed, a 65-inch wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and an en-suite full bath with walk-in shower and bidet. There is also a queen sofa bed in the great room.
From Sapphire Cottage, it is a 3-minute walk down a sandy path to world-famous Poponi Beach, a mile-long stretch of pink sand and turquoise water. La Bougainvillea Resort, with its excellent restaurant is located on this beach, just 150 yards to the north.
The town of Governors Harbour, the main town on the island, is just 8 minutes by car from the property. Governors Harbour has grocery stores, restaurants, liquor stores, two banks with ATMs, a bakery, gift shops, a dive shop, and a medical clinic. It has a nice little collection of 19th century homes and churches overlooking a picturesque harbor. You can buy fresh fish and lobster every afternoon from fisherman at the town dock. Friday night Fish Fry in Governors Harbour is a street/beach party that brings together all the tourists and locals with food, drink, and dancing in the street. You won't want to miss it.

The base rate for Sapphire Cottage is for the first 4 guests. Additional guests are $25 per night per guest.
We love toddlers, but we can't allow them at this property for safety reasons.
