This is a lovely flat, nicely styled, great facilities and well resourced.
We were one adult and 5 teen girls (16th birthday weekend trip) So having a triple room and a double worked well. I (the adult slept) on lounge sofa bed.
I had a few questions and the hosts company responded in minutes.
Location is near Hove so about a 20 minute walk to central Brighton and quite near the beach.
They generously let us have a complementary late check out - requested on the day - which was good service.
There wasn't an information pack in the flat (that we could find) so had to contact host to find out where the linen for for the lounge sofa bed was (in the large sofa storage base) and also to find out the wifi info.. But response was lightening quick.
The Shower in the small room was cold, and could only occasionally be adjusted to bring a few seconds of scalding heat, so all 6 of us had to sue the main bedroom bathroom. It would be good to fix this.
Lounge sofa bed is very narrow when opened up - only for 1 person, though advertised as a double. So perhaps for 2 little kids. Not a problem for us as we were 6 people.
