Room was perfect for a weekend. Lots of parking. Easy checkin. Nice staff. Clean.
The front window did not have a screen. The bathroom and rear window were just glass. Would have been nice if they opened to let fresh air in.

Very convenient when travelling from Niagara Falls up to Montréal as easy to find off the freeway. Host was friendly, with ideas about where to find food etc. It would be exactly what you need if you are simply after somewhere to sleep while travelling long distances. A great supermarket almost next door too.
Room very basic, not even any disposable cultery available, despite there being a fridge and microwave. Lighting was minimal. Some confusion at check in as a note said to ring, but we did not have the ability to call due to being international visitors. Fortunately, host saw our vehicle pull in and he arrived within 5-10mins.
