You will enjoy a pleasant, bright living area, a fully equipped kitchen including a KRUPS coffee maker, as well as a beautiful modern bathroom.



The entire property has been carefully renovated to offer you a pleasant setting and all the comfort you need for your stay.

The private courtyard is a real asset of the house.



Arranged to enjoy the fine weather, it will allow you to share your breakfasts, lunches or dinners outdoors.



You will also find a barbecue there, as well as a convivial space enhanced by magnificent stone walls that bring all the charm of the old.



🚲 Cycling holidays



Because the surrounding area is particularly well discovered by bike, 4 bicycles are at your disposal during your stay.



A wonderful way to explore Olonne with the family, discover cycle paths, the coastline, beaches, forests and marshes, without needing to take the car. The Sables d'Olonne destination has an extensive cycle network and many routes suitable for family outings.

Located in Olonne, the house is a pleasant base for enjoying everything the Sables d'Olonne destination has to offer.



By bike or by car, you can easily explore the beaches, coastline, town centre, ports and the many natural spaces surrounding the resort.



The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for walks between ocean, forest and marshes, whilst the centre of Sables d'Olonne allows you to enjoy the seaside atmosphere, shops, restaurants and the famous Remblai.

ℹ️ Practical information

⏰ Stay times

• Arrival: from 4pm onwards (not before)

• Departure: by 10am at the latest (not after)



⏰ Late arrivals

A late arrival service after 9pm is available for an additional fee. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



🛏️ Accommodation prepared for your arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon arrival: end of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a worry-free arrival.



🧽 Departure instructions – Mandatory

• Wash and put away the dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Put the bins out at the designated locations

• Gather used laundry in the entrance of the accommodation



👉 If these instructions are not followed or if thorough cleaning is required, an additional charge will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)



📩 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

• Instructions for your arrival

• Your digital welcome booklet, containing:

– How the accommodation works

– Wi-Fi codes

– The type of coffee maker

– Parking advice 🚗

– Information about bin storage locations ♻️
