Spend an unforgettable and relaxing holiday at "Kleine Traumzeit Zingst" (Little Dream Time Zingst). Our exclusive and comfortable holiday apartment in the holiday home, completed in June 2021, invites you to unwind and dream.
The apartment, accommodating up to 3 people (3rd person at an additional cost), welcomes you with a beautiful living area, a high-quality, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and a cozy dining area. A Nespresso machine, milk frother, induction cooktop, built-in combination microwave, and much more leave nothing to be desired.
Floor-to-ceiling windows, light-colored, nautical-style furniture, and elegant furnishings create a unique atmosphere of well-being. The spacious southwest-facing roof terrace with high-quality lounge furniture and a large parasol invites you to end the day in blissful comfort.
A gas fireplace and smart-controlled underfloor heating provide cozy warmth, not only during the cooler months, but also after long walks on the beach and bike rides. An automatic ventilation system, which can be individually adjusted, ensures a consistently pleasant indoor climate.
The comfortable bedroom features a high-quality box-spring bed at a comfortable height and blackout curtains for a restful sleep. In the attic, you'll find a beautiful separate room with a stylish bed, an inviting reading chair, books, CDs, a TV, and an internet radio with CD, USB, and Bluetooth for relaxing moments.
The apartment includes a private, lockable bicycle shed with a charging station for two e-bikes, bicycle racks, and storage space. You can park your car directly in front of the house in your own parking space.
From May to October, bookings are always possible on a weekly basis. Arrival and departure are on Saturdays.
