About this house rental
The individual, non-smoking holiday apartment "Terracotta" is located on the 4th floor of the Iderhoff building and is equipped for 2 people with a lake view. The cozy living/dining room includes a kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, modern kitchen appliances), satellite TV, DVD/video player, hi-fi CD player, board games, and books. The bedroom has a built-in double bed. The bathroom has a shower. There is a balcony with two sun loungers.
The floors are parquet/granite. The building has a swimming pool (6 x 10 m), which is easily accessible by elevator. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee in the basement.
A cot/high chair can be provided upon request.
